Rhonda Clemons is a Cherokee Nation citizen originally from Warner, OK and an active member of the Tahlequah community for the last 20 years. Ms. Clemons has an MBA and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.
She has over 30 years of experience in providing training and technical assistance as an educator and grant coordinator within the Cherokee Nation reservation. Rhonda is an expert in grant funding research, project planning and development, and application development.
Ms. Clemons maintains professional memberships in Grant Professionals Association (GPA) and the National Grants Management Association (NGMA).She is a grandmother to four and also enjoys hanging out with her dog, Molly Mae, at home.
