Participant Guidelines and CE Credit:
- There are no fees for registration to participate in event.
- Electronically register via Families are Sacred website and complete online activity evaluation attesting attendance for the health track presentations. Completion of the presentation activity evaluation form for each presentation must be submitted no later than November 14th, 2025.
- Return completed/signed Verification of Attendance & Request for CE form before you leave or email to familiesaresacred@cherokee.org no later than November 14, 2025. CE certificate will be emailed to the address you provide below. Credit cannot be awarded without submission of this form.
- Must attend the entire presentation for credit.
- CE certificates will be issued to participants by mid-December.
