This gives youth the chance to learn about community organization and encourages them to be involved in designing, planning & completing community projects.

This program also gives youth the chance to learn and carry-on the Cherokee tradition of honoring nature by searching for, gathering and preparing native and traditional plants. Youth will learn and carry-on Cherokee crafts and games through various activities. This is the mission of Youth Development Services.
